Wejo customer, ETALYC, is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider backed by the National Science Foundation who helps organizations analyze and optimize traffic flow. Its AI-based technologies enable traffic managers to monitor traffic infrastructure, make more data-informed decisions, and improve traffic operations by harnessing the widespread data collected from various transportation modes.

One of ETALYC’s solutions, Hyperflow, uses granular connected vehicle data from Wejo to measure system-wide signal performance. By comparing real-time vehicle journey data with historical traffic trends for specific intersections and time periods, Hyperflow can identify where signals are performing poorly, recommend how adjusting signal timing could improve overall performance, and generate the correct solution.

Read ETALYC's customer story to discover how Wejo Connected Vehicle Data helped them accomplish the following in Gainesville, Florida:

  • Reduced morning travel time by 14% on busy main streets
  • Reduced side street delay by 16 seconds
  • Total cost savings from reducing these delays are $2,317 per day
“What makes Wejo Connected Vehicle Data so powerful for us is that it lets Hyperflow time any corridor in the US, at any time of day. This kind of scale, with the ability to dive deep when needed, is a gamechanger when you’re trying to analyze signal timing across an entire network.” – Anuj Sharma, CEO, ETALYC
